(can be postponed upon request) Please note that there is a $50.00 surcharge for lost, damaged or unreturned keys. Rental, Reservation & Cancellation Policies No pets. No Smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors, and guests will be provided with an appropriate receptacle for their refuse. Reservations may be made by phone or email. Confirmation will be sent per mail. We accept payment by cash, money order or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discovery). All cancellations must be received in writing. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made no less than 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, and it is impossible to obtain new guests for the period of the reservation, no refund will be given. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or for no-shows. A security deposit in the form of a credit card is required in the event of damage or theft. The replacement cost of any damaged or missing items will be billed to your credit card and you will be notified by phone or mail. Occupancy is limited to your party only (i.e. no house guests). Unregistered guests constitute a violation of the rental agreement. In the event of such a violation, you will be required to pay the standard fee for each additional person and a 10% surcharge will be added to your bill.
